From khou.com (2015 story):
HOUSTON -- Crime Stoppers and Houston Police Department's homicide division are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identity and arrest of the suspect(s) involved in a 2009 capital murder case.
Officials say juveniles discovered the body of Angela Kasvicis, 24, around 7:30 p.m. on April 17, 2009 in the 7900 block of Santa Elena Street while walking toward the Sims Bayou near the Glenbrook Valley subdivision. The juveniles then immediately flagged down someone driving and called police. Officials say it appeared Kasvicis was beaten to death.
Anyone with information on the suspect(s) involved with this case is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers by calling (713)-222-8477, texting TIP610 and the information to 274637 or through the Crime Stoppers Houston mobile app.

Thoughts? I want to stress the above local news story is from 2015, however, as of this posting date (August 30th, 2019), Angela's case is sadly still listed as an unsolved homicide on the Project: Cold Case website database: database.projectcoldcase.org/?name=kasvicis&gender=&race=&age=&city=&state=Texas&zip=&county=&weapon=&offense=&status=&year=&reported_min=&reported_max=&more=
There aren't a lot of additional details it seems but Angela seemed to have died in a very violent way and there is nothing she could have done to deserve that and there must be justice for her.
