Osvaldo Bello Villanueva is wanted for allegedly operating a gas pump skimming scheme in Northern Virginia between March of 2017 and September of 2017, in which Bluetooth-enabled skimming devices were installed on the internal components of multiple fuel pumps to collect payment card information from thousands of victims. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Villanueva on June 10, 2019, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria, Virginia, after he was charged with access device fraud. He was later indicted in the same court on July 25, 2019, for conspiracy to commit access device fraud, access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft.

Thoughts? As of today, August 22, 2019, Osvaldo Villanueva is still at large since he was added to the FBI's Featured Fugitives page earlier today.
I actually encourage the FBI to publicize alleged fugitive credit card fraudsters that are operating domestically. Compared to non-violent drug trafficking, there's more of a long-term victimization with credit card fraud that can go on for years.
