From The Charley Project:
Details of Disappearance
Ligia and her sister Michelle disappeared from Denver, Colorado on March 1, 2002. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial mother. Photographs and information about the mother are unavailable.
Ligia and Michelle may be in Mexico. Their father has applied for their return to the United States under the international civil treaty, the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The children have not been recovered, however, and their cases are unsolved.

Thoughts? Ligia and Michelle are technical adults now even if their mother is ever arrested but I do hope for their father's sake he can one day be reunited with them.
