Alberto Pulido is accused of shooting and wounding a man in Rosemont, Illinois back in 1993.
After going on the run, a Chicago Tribune investigation in 2011 found that he had settled in Ucacuaro, Michoacán, Mexico. At the time, he was a rancher and town official who lived with his family in a large gated house. This is according to Newspapers.com archives.

Thoughts? As of today, July 24, 2019, Alberto Pulido is still at large since he was just profiled on Twitter as part of Rosemont's Wanted Wednesday feature.
Once again this appears to be a situation where we know exactly where the fugitive is in Mexico, including the exact address, but nothing is being done on the cross-border extradition side of things to get the wheels of justice moving.
