CLEVELAND — U.S. Marshals say Kemp is wanted for the alleged murder of a male and female inside their vehicle near West 47th Street and Henritze Avenue in Cleveland on July 6th.
Kemp is a black male, 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 230 pounds. He is known to frequent Maple Heights and the West 25th and Clark Avenue area in Cleveland.

The victims in this case were identified as 41-year-old Joseph Watson Jr. and 42-year old Crystal Mahler. A third man was shot in the neck as he tried to run in the vehicle. No motive was offered for why Kemp allegedly wanted to shoot three people- but Kemp did spend two years in prison after pleading guilty to domestic violence in charges in 2016.
