Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a man charged with killing an 11-month-old infant over the weekend in East Huntingdon, Westmoreland County. They are searching for Derrick Anthony "Hector" Bass, 29, who might have reddish hair, is 5-foot-11 and weighs 300 pounds.
The child was found dead in a housing complex late Saturday evening.
Police said via Twitter that in addition to facing a homicide charge, Bass also has been charged with theft and might be traveling with two juveniles. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-832-3288.

Thoughts? Local Pittsburgh media is reporting Bass as still at large as of this posting date (July 15th, 2019). Let's hope there is a quick end to this breaking news case as I am very concerned for the juveniles who may be with Bass.
