From CBS Austin:
Lori Cantu knew it was her mother when she saw the composite sketch of a woman whose badly burned remains were discovered.
"As soon as I saw the sketch, I dropped my phone and just fell to my knees and started crying," said Lori Cantu, Norma's Pacheco's eldest daughter.
Last month, Norma Pacheco, 39, was identified as the woman whose burned remains were found in the 1300 block of State Highway 211 April 4. Her cause of death is ruled a homicide but the victim's killer is still on the loose.
"My mom didn’t deserve that like we didn’t even get to see her. She was three bags of bones in a casket. We didn’t get to hug her, we didn’t get to put on her purple dress like she wanted," said Cantu.
Cantu's 5-year-old daughter shared a special bond with Norma, her grandmother.
"She asks for her every day," said Cantu. "That’s what hurts me because she asks me if she could hug her, I don’t know what to tell her because not even I could do that."
Investigators believe Norma's body had been decomposing for a few weeks. Around the time they believed she was killed, Cantu's daughter had a chilling nightmare, foreshadowing the tragic news to come.
"She said that a man from the sky came and opened the clouds and told her to go hid in there. She wouldn't stop crying after that," said Cantu.
Cantu, who also lost her father to a murder, will not allow her mother's case to go unsolved. She is asking for the public's help and for anyone with information to come forward.
"Without justice, there’s no peace for us and we just want somebody to speak up and say something, where she was, who she was with, what they saw her doing," said Cantu.
The family is working to raise money for headstone for Norma's grave site. Details for a fundraiser will be posted when available.

Thoughts? I am placing Norma's case in the Unsolved on TV section since In Pursuit with John Walsh posted a link to the Above article on their Facebook page yesterday (see the show's July 12th, 2019 status updates).
