From Cincinnati.com:
Cincinnati police are still looking for a man accused of assaulting a woman and holding her hostage in her West End apartment Thursday night.
Curtis Scott, 45, of Westwood, is being sought on warrants charging him with kidnapping and assault.
The woman was able to get away from Scott and he evaded police after officers and then a SWAT team was dispatched to Stanley Rowe Towers at 835 Poplar St.
Police say in criminal complaints and affidavits filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court that Scott took the woman hostage and told her he would shoot her if she called or signaled to the police.
Scott punched the woman several times in the face before she escaped into her bathroom, police said.
Police said Scott then fired a single round through the bathroom door, which struck the floor, and tried to kick in the door to kill her.
Scott is described as a 6-foot-tall black man weighing 180 pounds, with a bald head and brown eyes.
Call Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040 with information about Scott’s whereabouts.

Thoughts? Based on local media reports, Scott was still at large at least as of June 12th, 2019. Neighbors are still on edge as the manhunt that caused a neighborhood lockdown two nights ago continues: www.wlwt.com/article/neighbors-concerned-as-search-continues-for-swat-suspect/28383222
