Thoughts? As of this posting date (7/10/2019), there is still a wanted poster on the U.S. Marshals website for Colon-Torres. Granted the poster is old but it's still on the website I feel it's safe to reasonably assume he's still wanted.
I put 1983 as the wanted year since all we know is that is the year for a homicide Colon-Torres became wanted for. It's not specified what year, before or after 1983, that he violated federal parole. Also they mention you can also call the Marshals general tip line at 1-877-WANTED-2 and this poster is old so I'm assuming you can now use the Marshals P3 Tips to send in tips on Colon-Torres as well: www.p3tips.com/USMS.aspx
Unfortunately, I could not find any additional information about the alleged homicide.
