Fugitivehunter666, I know I sound like a broken record and this is like the 75th time I've said it but once again please read the site map and read the descriptions on the main page amwfans.com as to where to properly post cases as this was posted in the fugitives on tv section despite me explaining to you those threads are for CURRENT fugitives.
I've been reading your postings for a while, often on the America's Most Wanted/John Walsh Facebook pages even before I started this forum (I hope that doesn't sound creepy, I think I remember you telling me who you were when you first joined, and and do enjoy your passion for the show) and I know how big a fan of JW you are and I've been more patient with you than I would be with someone else because of that, but it is getting frustrating that I constantly have to move your threads to the correct section despite multiple messages and explanations.
Once again in summary:
Any section that has a decade listing that says something like (Fugitives on TV 2010-) or (Exclusive Fugitives 2010) or (Missing on TV 2010) are for singular threads on single still unsolved cases in whatever category that is, be it fugitive, missing, or unsolved so this section (fugitives on tv 2000-2009) are for single topic threads on any fugitive aired on a tv crime show whose warrant or date of alleged crime is from 2000-2009. (It's not when the fugitive was aired, but the year they became wanted is how the fugitive categories are broken down and the other still unsolved sections go by chronology of missing date for the missing or year of crime for unsolved with no known suspect cases).
This thread should have been an obvious thread to put in the captures section (or off-topic at the very least) since it was regarding an AMW capture.

I sent to a reply to your reply to my private message but just in case you don't see it, the main thing is put anything relating to captured fugitives should get placed in the Captures on TV section and anything you're not sure of just put in the off-topic section and I'll decide where to place it from there.  And oh yeah as for Halprin, I mean it's Texas, the execution might get delayed but he's getting the needle sooner or later lol. |

I hoped he gets Execution for a murder of unharmed Police Officer, He is one of the 7 goons who shouldn't never got out in prison in the first place, I hoped they execution him on that day.

Texas 7 member randy halprin has been granted a new trial by the Texas court of criminal appeals while I think he's a vile psychopath for his crimes the state proved his case beyond a shadow of a doubt halprin is getting a new trial do to the anti semetic a hole of a judge who was not impartial and biased this is at his feet not the state or the jury Vickers cunningham you have made the families of halprins victims the child he abused and Aubrey Hawkins I do take solace in knowing that Patrick Murphys conviction is in place Texas tribune is my source

The trial is not just a new sentencing hearing but his conviction was overturned
