According to Newspapers.com, Favian Alvarran and two accomplices were accused of stabbing Pablo Ignocio to death on October 21, 2003. The motive was a dispute over a woman which was fueled by alcohol. The two alleged accomplices were arrested a day later when they returned to the murder scene, but Favian Alvarran went on the run.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Wilson Police Department at 252-399-2323 if you have any information on Favian Alvarran's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, July 7, 2019, Favian Alvarran is listed as a wanted fugitive on Wilson's P2C (Police To Citizen) Warrant List, so he's still at large. It's good that the Wilson PD has that list available since North Carolina isn't the easiest state to keep track of case statuses.
