The remains were in an advanced state of decomposition when they were found. An autopsy was completed and their deaths were ruled a homicide. ... Detectives learned both victim's were last seen alive on 6/13/1982 at approximately 0130 hours when they left The Pub and Game Room which was located at 11455 Plank Road. During the course of the investigation, many people were questioned but still to this day, a motive has not been identified and this homicide investigation remains unsolved. Following Randy Hooper's homicide, his mother went on to become an active member of POMC (Parents of Murdered Children). For 20 years she helped so many families of which she shared the same grief of losing a child. She passed eight months ago without having any answers in her own son's murder.
