"Around 10am on October 10, 2015 a passerby found John Tolley in the ditch along Ireland Road. John had been struck by a vehicle in the overnight hours and left at the scene. The St. Joseph County FACT Team is still looking for the driver responsible for this accident, and the death of John Tolley."

Thoughts? The second link is an article in which Tolley's understandably heartbroken daughter is interviewed. According to the article, there is no way the driver could not have known he hit Tolley as the damage to his body was too severe. I'm very disgusted to this case and the fact someone wouldn't stop to help and just Tolley there overnight like he was simply trash to be collected. If that driver had any bit of a conscience they'd turn themself in, although I'm admittedly not holding my breath.
