Virginia Ortiz-Espana is wanted by the Prosecutors Office and the Tri-Cities Crimestoppers posted the following onto their Facebook:
The Franklin County Prosecutor's office is still looking for 39 year old Virginia Ortiz-Espana wanted on charges of Manslaughter 2nd Degree.
This case involves the death of Ortiz-Espana's newborn child which was found in garbage can at her Mesa, WA home in 2006.
If you have any information concerning this incident, let us know. You can remain anonymous and earn a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Also since it may help tip-wise, one thing to potentially look out for is Ortiz-Espana is unusually short- only 4'4", which makes her one of the shortest fugitives if not shortest fugitive on our forum (Even AMW fugitive Yudit Lopez, ironically also wanted for the death of a less than 1-year-old child, is only 4'6" but still somehow taller than Ortiz-Espana).
