From CBS Austin:
Jose Guerrero, 63, is currently in violation of his bond which originally stemmed from three warrants.
"These warrants accounted for indecency with a child, continuous sexual abuse of a young child under the age of 14, as well as sexual assault, assault, and aggravated assault," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Filla.
The original charges date back to 2016.
"He's alone by himself, forces these children to take off their clothes, and then makes sexual advances toward them," said Filla.
And Guerrero has a history of doing the same thing dating back to 1978.
"He is arrested and convicted for a rape. That happened here in Austin, and that was a victim at the time who was 12 years of age," said Filla.
The victims in the more recent case were 12 and 9 years old. U.S. Marshals say they want Guerrero in custody before any other children are harmed.
"These were children that were close to him, these were children that he supervised. If he's willing to take his own, what is he willing to do with others?" said Filla.
Jose Guerrero is 5'8 and weighs 180 pounds. He has a tattoo of a woman on his right arm.

Thoughts? I am placing Guerrero in the Fugitives on TV section since In Pursuit with John Walsh linked to the above CBS Austin article on one of their Facebook postings (see the show's June 13th, 2019 status updates). Based on that only being a few years ago, we can assume Guerrero is still at large as of our website posting date (June 16th, 2019).
Also I put 2019 with a question mark as for the wanted year in the thread title since the article doesn't state when Guerrero officially became wanted for violating his bond. Although we know the charges themselves date back to 2016.
