According to Newslibrary archives on September 15, 1996, 25-year old Jacinto Cuestas had gotten into a dispute with Antonio Najara and two other men. As a result, Jacinto was shot to death. The two alleged accomplices were quickly arrested, but the third accused killer, Antonio Najara got away and has been on the run ever since.
