On August 29, 2018, the Clayton County Sheriff's Office alleges that Douglas Adams broke into the home of a woman he was involved with. Once inside, he's accused of savagely beating the woman in front of her children and threatening to kill all of them with a gun. As a result, Douglas is a now a fugitive, wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Clayton County Fugitive Unit at 770-477-4480 if you have any information on Douglas Adams's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, May 28, 2019, Douglas Adams is still listed as one of Clayton County, Georgia's Most Wanted Suspects, and they appear to have one of the most up-to-date most wanted sites in the US right now. Unfortunately, that means he's still at large then.
Small note that no one should be downplaying the severity of the aggravated assault charge compared to murder or attempted murder. Aggravated Assault cases are still very traumatic, both physically and mentally to the victims and anyone who witnessed the assault, especially children.
