From wftv9.com:
ORLANDO, Fla. - A 31-year-old is being sought in connection with the 2012 fatal shooting of a 23-year-old man in a downtown parking garage, the Orlando Police Department said Wednesday.
Roman Batista, of Kissimmee, is wanted on two counts of solicitation/conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with witnesses, Orlando police Sgt. Wanda Miglio said.
His brother, Ronny Batista, was arrested in the Dominican Republic in 2015 and was convicted of manslaughter with a deadly weapon Friday in the shooting death of Pedro Gallardo.
Investigators said Gallardo and his friends were returning to a vehicle after visiting a nightclub on June 24, 2012, when they got into an argument with another group of men.
Police said Ronny Batista shot Gallardo in the head. He died after spending six days on life support.
Investigators said Ronny Batista used his brother to solicit someone to kill two witnesses to prevent them from testifying in his trial, according to an arrest report.
A confidential informant told police that he was with Roman Batista at a comedy show at the University of Central Florida on March 18 when Roman Batista told the informant that his brother had a cellphone in jail and wanted to have a witness killed, the report said.
Anyone who knows of Roman Batista’s whereabouts is asked to call police or Crimeline at 407-423-8477.

Thoughts? For the record, Roman Batista has never been profiled on a national crime show. However, I am placing him in the Fugitives on TV section since America's Most Wanted profiled the search for his brother Ronny Batista on their website.
The above article is from 2017. A little late but it was ironic that how I found out about this case was searching for updates on the two men wanted as witnesses who were supposed to be at Ronny Batista's trial (I'm assuming they have to be the same men mentioned in the article)- they were publicly identified as Cruz and Xavier Goytia back in 2016: amwfans.com/thread/5410/cruz-xavier-goytia-florida-2016. I have no idea if Cruz and Xavier were ever located, although not making excuses for them I can see now why they didn't want to show up as witnesses considering a hit was allegedly put out on them.
Also another note that the Goytia brothers are on our website because public articles had authorities specifically appealing to the public asking for their whereabouts. It is only because they were PUBLICLY outed and asked for public help in being located that they are on our website. If I receive credible information they are no longer being searched for since the trial for Ronny Batista is now over anyway and/or if I receive a request from law enforcement or anyone else I deem to be credible or have a valid reason for removal, I promise to remove the Goytia brothers from our website.
According to search of Florida's online inmates system I did, Ronny was sentenced to 30 years in prison and scheduled to be released in 2045.
As far as I can tell, Roman Batista is still at large as of this posting date (May 27th, 2019). A search of Florida's public access wanted persons site still has him as having a warrant, although despite the above article being from 2017 it oddly it has 2018 as the wanted year for "probation violation" (hence why I put 2017 with a question mark as the wanted year): pas.fdle.state.fl.us/pas/restricted/PAS/person/WantedPersons.jsf
Sorry for the lengthier than usual thread as this argument in a parking lot turned into an unusually complicated case but hopefully one day Roman Batista is held accountable if found responsible for his alleged actions as well.
