On September 20, 1991, several teenagers were at a dance party being held at a masonic lodge in Glendale, California. Among the attendees, was 16-year old gang member Alain Francisco. Authorities say that 19-year old Lysander Gonzalez was trying to break up a fight in the lodge's bathroom when Alain allegedly stabbed Lysander to death.
Since the murder, Alain has been a fugitive. He may be hiding out in California, Canada or his native country of the Philippines.

Thoughts? As of today, May 23, 2019, from a $1 USD (converted to CDN) search in the Los Angeles County Court Records, the murder case for Alain Francisco shows as "case pending" with no movement since 1991, meaning he's still at large unfortunately.
I'm continuing on with the fugitives that were profiled by the California Attorney General's Office until 2008/2009 when the state discontinued the fugitive publicity program. Alain Francisco was one of those fugitives. Since he was a teenager when he went on the run, I imagine he had to have gotten assistance from relatives and/or fellow gang members. The Philippines is a likely location since that's where he was born.
