Back in 1993, the rock band Soul Asylum had a very popular music video called "Runaway Train", which featured missing children mentioned in the music video in between re-enactment scenes. The video, in heavy rotation on MTV, had incredible success, bringing home 21 of the 36 missing children mentioned. Now 25 years later, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children have revived the video with a new cover called "Runaway Train" 45 with artists Jamie N Commons, Skylar Grey and Gallant with of course new missing child cases featured in the videos. Obviously, a lot has changed in 25 years (insert obligatory mention of MTV no longer playing music videos). However, with the advent of YouTube and other social media this video should reach a ton of people and hopefully bring home at least a few. What a creative way to use social media for a good cause and I hope this helps! www.billboard.com/articles/columns/rock/8512560/runaway-train-25-dave-pirner-interview
