According to a 2008 posting by the California Attorney General Office, Antonio Rodriguez is accused of a shooting a man to death in a Newark, California bar. The apparent motive was a dispute over different states in Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, May 21, 2019, Antonio's 1995 murder case entry in the Alameda County Court Records page is in "open status". The county started recording case updates that took place after 2005. Since there hasn't been any recordings after the last year that the California Attorney General's Office were profiling fugitives like Antonio in 2008, that means he's unfortunately still at large.
Also the alleged motive in this case needs to be on our "unofficial stupidest murders hall of shame".
