(Above photo credits: New York State Police website) From the New York State Police website: 2004 homicide of Brian Galusha. On July 24, 2004, 28-year-old Brian Galusha of Fultonville, attended an engagement party at 1058 South Green Road in the town of Root, Montgomery County. On July 25, shortly after 3:00 a.m., Galusha was found lying face down in the roadway near 211 N. Green Road in the town of Charleston with serious injuries. He was airlifted to Albany Medical Center where he died. An autopsy was concluded that a number of Galusha’s injuries were inconsistent with having been struck by a vehicle as he walked down N. Green Road. An autopsy determined Galusha’s cause of death to be skull fractures and brain injury caused by blunt force trauma, and his death was ruled a homicide. The State Police Troop G Major Crimes Unit and the BCI Unit at SP Fonda have made a concentrated effort to solve this homicide. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call the New York State Police at 518-783-3211.www.nyspnews.com/article_display.cfm?article_id=67444Thoughts? I am placing Brian's case in the Unsolved on TV section since In Pursuit with John Walsh's Facebook page made a posting about the search for his killer yesterday (see the show's May 1st, 2019 status updates).
