On November 4, 1989, Jesus Landeros allegedly stabbed Elodia Del Carmen Torres to death with a pair of scissors. An arrest warrant was issued for Jesus in March of 1990.

Thoughts? As of today, April 25, 2019, Jesus Landeros's murder case file in the Harris County Court Records shows as "warrant - citation issued" and "not in custody", meaning he's still at large.
Around two years ago I went through the fugitives on the Crime Stoppers of Houston website and saved the photos of all (I believe) the murder suspects. I was previously not able to find court case info on Jesus, but it appears they've updated their public archives since I first checked, which makes sense given this case is about 30 years old.
