In September of 1984 according to Newspapers.com archives, Los Angeles authorities say that Jose Locascio and an accomplice allegedly beat Alicia Arias to death, wrapped her body in plastic and stuffed her body in the trunk of a car. Alicia was the wife of the employer for Jose and the alleged accomplice. After a warrant was issued, Jose may have fled to his native Argentina.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Van Nuys Los Angeles Police District at 818-374-9500 if you have any information on Jose Cayetano Locascio's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, April 20, 2019, Jose Locascio's case entry in the Los Angeles Court Records database shows as "case pending", meaning it has not gone to court yet and Jose is still a fugitive. Thankfully the access fee was only $1.33 CDN. Jose was on the Los Angeles Most Wanted page in the early-mid 2000s and the California Attorney General Most Wanted page up until 2008/2009 when they stopped doing the program.
I imagine Jose fled back to Argentina most likely in the mid-80s, and he may still be in South America to this day. However, occasionally fugitives return to the US under an alias, thinking no one is looking for them, which is why it's important to make a thread on Jose Locascio, since we've confirmed he's still at large.
