For today the lone star state was supposed to 'fry' AMW capture/Texas 7 member Patrick Murphy but he got a last minute stay of execution. This got me thinking and it made me want to ask as to how many AMW captures have there been that ended up on death row and met their date with either the chair, needle, or firing squad?
For here's to the next time around for Murphy plus fellow Texas 7er Randy Halprin getting their dates with the needles.

For here's to the next time around for Murphy plus fellow Texas 7er Randy Halprin getting their dates with the needles. You could probably tell by using control f and searching on AMW direct capture directory thread (not to put it on him but 912th would probably be better than me at determining this based off memory alone). Also the chair and especially firing squad as I mentioned before are completely outdated and unused now and even back in the AMW area I think most captures were put to death via lethal injection. There is only the needle for the most part (a few mostly Southern states still technically or in theory could use the electric chair but that's in theory) and more states are getting rid of the death penalty. As much as I believe in an eye for an eye for those who actually deserve it, the problem is the death penalty risks potentially putting an innocent inmate to death. (And I've been on record saying I'm for having a death penalty but normally against using it- because of the potential an innocent person is put to death. However, there are some people like say Yaser Said if he's ever captured- where death is the only appropriate punishment for them). Additionally, life in prison is no picnic and it is nice to see these guys rot and suffer instead. But yeah to answer your question I'd have to sort through the directory when I'm about to go to bed lol, but hopefully 912th or someone else can answer for you.

Besides the Texas 7, I know Angel Resendiz, Kenneth McDuff and Dennis Skillicorn have all been executed, but I don't know beyond that.

The last one we're all forgetting is #325, Christopher Cornelius Goins.

I thought it was Gerald DeLane Murray or Larry Williamson was on death row, As far as I know, Gerald DeLane Murray is still on death row. What do you know about Williamson's case? I couldn't find anything online about Williamson's crime or capture.

I realize you used quotation marks for fried but once again wanted to stress most captures who were given the death penalty were given the needle. I can't recall off-hand but there had to be tv movies at least. Not to bash a channel that did host AMW for one season, but I'm thinking there HAD TO be at the very least a corny Lifetime made-for-tv movie lol.
