Alexis Flores was born some time between 1975 and 1982, which is plenty young enough to continue sexually murdering pre-grade girls in Honduras with near impunity. I can't decide between repeat murderer Santiago "Pucho, Stretch" Villalba Mederos and serial sexual predator turned multi-murderer Yaser Abdel Said for second.

I voted for Fisher because he's a demented 'ghost' Literally. He has been an FBI Top 10er for years and just the fact he swam like Rambo would to threaten Fishermen with a knife and he paints himself with dead animal blood I mean to be on the run this long and not a peep. Plus the fact he's considered a 'ghost' to me is the fact that they still advertise his black and white mugshot on the top 10 list and that they don't even bother sharing any recent or even possibly found photos of him or they replace his black n white mug with a colored photo.
