Marysol Pena is wanted for her alleged involvement in a drug trafficking organization that operated in the state of New Mexico, and elsewhere, from approximately January 1, 2019, to approximately January 24, 2019.
On February 13, 2019, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Pena in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, after she was charged with conspiracy, distribution of 50 grams and more of methamphetamine, aiding and abetting, distribution of 40 grams and more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of Fentanyl, and aiding and abetting.
