According to Newslibrary archives, brothers Florencio and Omar Moreno allegedly stabbed their uncle, Jesus Lozoya-Arzola to death. A tip received to investigators led them to Jesus's body on May 4, 2004, concealed in a hedgerow. The brothers are originally from Mexico and are believed to have fled south of the border after Jesus's murder.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office at 1-800-874-6449 or the Kansas Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-KS-CRIME (1-800-572-7463) if you have information on either Florencio and/or Omar Moreno's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, March 3, 2019, Florencio and Omar Moreno are still on the Kansas Bureau of Investigation Most Wanted page, and Scumhunter posted in the murder warrants info thread that their warrants in the Sedgwick County database are still showing as active.
The good news is that once again, Newslibrary had articles saved about the case where google currently does not.
