Thoughts? As of today, March 1, 2019, John Medeiros is still a fugitive since the Bristol County DA's Office just added him to their new Most Wanted List yesterday. We appreciate any detailed fugitive publicity out of Massachusetts since that's not the easiest state to get up-to-date information out of. Just want to mention again that John is only wanted as an accessory to murder, not on a murder warrant. That is still a serious charge nevertheless. turnto10.com/news/local/man-charged-in-killing-added-to-bristol-countys-most-wanted-list

While all fugitives are innocent until proven guilty, if Medeiros did not want to take his chances at a jury trial he could have just stayed put he could and negotiated a relatively light sentence and/or perhaps got even luckier had he testified against the main suspect in the case.
Instead he's on the run, and probably SOL if he doesn't get the same opportunity and gets convicted.
