From the fbi.gov website:
Reward:
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the unknown subject.
Details:
On January 19, 2019, an unknown subject entered the BP Gas Station located in the 600 block of East Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia. This subject, armed with a semi-automatic handgun, approached the victim clerk, handed them a bag and demanded money. After the clerk complied with the demands, the subject exited the business. On January 24, 2019, investigators believe the same armed subject entered the Raceway Gas Station located in the 6300 block of Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, Virginia, and robbed that business in the same manner. On February 12, 2019, again investigators believe this same armed subject entered the Speedway Gas Station located in the 6800 block of Hull Street Road in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The subject approached the victim clerk and demanded money, however was unsuccessful in his attempts and fled the business. The clerk followed the armed subject into the parking lot, at which time the subject fired a shot in the employee's direction.
The subject is described as a black male, approximately 5'7", 160 to 180 pounds, and 20 to 30 years of age.
In all three robberies the subject wore a black sweatshirt, dark pants, blue latex-style gloves, and a "scream" mask.

Thoughts? Someone needs to tell this robber that he's a hack since the Scream mask is a constant popular choice for robbers. (Even FBI top ten fugitive Myloh Mason was wanted for a crime spree involving Scream-mask robberies). Couldn't he have donned something more unique like a He-Man mask? In all seriousness though the reasons it is so important to catch robbery suspects especially ones where we know a firearm is used because even if the suspect doesn't intend to harm someone, every robbery involving a gun is an accidental trigger pull away from a homicide. Let's hope this person is apprehended quickly.
