According to Newspapers.com, on April 29, 1990, brothers Carlos and Gabriel Zarate were shot to death at their mobile home park in Phoenix, Arizona. The senseless murders left five children in total fatherless.
In early June of 1990, a witness identified the alleged suspect as Gilberto Torres from a police line-up. The apparent motive was an argument over a car parked outside of Gilberto's home that was blocking the way. Gilberto may be in Agua Prieta, Sonora or Durango, Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Arizona's Silent Witness program at 1-800-343-TIPS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish speakers if you have any information on Gilberto Torres's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, February 24, 2019, there has been no movement since 1990 in the Maricopa County Court Dockets regarding Gilberto's case. That means he is still at large to this day. The link to the court docket is provided below so we can keep track of the case status.
After Scumhunter found the link to Maricopa County's Court Dockets page, I went through Newspapers.com to see if I could find any longtime Phoenix-area fugitives to profile. This was the first case I found. Getting case info out of Arizona is better than certain other states I could mention so I appreciate Newspapers.com having publicity articles from 1990 and 2005.
