Monica Elfriede Witt is wanted for her alleged involvement in criminal activities to include espionage and conspiracy to commit espionage. On February 8, 2019, a grand jury in the United States District Court, District of Columbia, indicted Witt and a federal arrest warrant was issued for her after she was charged with Conspiracy to Deliver National Defense Information to Representatives of a Foreign Government and Delivering National Defense Information to Representatives of a Foreign Government, specifically the Government of Iran.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (2/15/2019), Witt was still on the FBI's website as a wanted fugitive. We previously had Witt on our site when she was on the FBI website as a "missing person." Obviously now it's believed she wasn't just some innocent missing person so the thread has been re-done as a fugitive thread. Witt was indicted along with four other Iranian cyber criminal fugitives whose names and links to their wanted posters are in the full FBI press release link above.
The U.S. has no relations with Iran so it will be virtually impossible to catch Witt if she's still there. But hopefully one day she travels aboard and can be caught at whatever airport she travels through.
