From ABC News 4 (abcnews4.com- Charleston, SC):
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) —
The North Charleston Police Department is asking the public for help to locate a murder suspect.
Kenneth Chris Sigueza, 32, is currently wanted in the murder of Eston Shoaf, 33, which occurred on Alton Street near East Montegue and Railroad Avenue on Dec. 23, 2018.
Sigueza is also charged attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
He is still at-large, police state.
Sigueza's last known address was in Summerville, but could be residing in a vacant apartment on East Montegue Avenue, police state.
He is described as an Asian male with black hair and brown eyes, 5'6 tall and weighing 140 pounds.
Known vehicles include a black Nissan Pathfinder, blue Chevrolet Tahoe and a white GMC pickup truck with amber lights on top.
On Dec. 23, police arrived at 1913 Alton St. and found Shoaf shot twice in the back of the head and once on the right side of the head inside a car in the middle of road.
He died at a nearby hospital.
Shoaf's SUV had multiple gunshot holes in the front windshield and the rear windshield was shattered, according to the report.
A witness stated the shooting had occurred on Alton Street where Hispanic workers were working in the front yard.
Anyone with information about Sigueza's location is asked to call 843-554-5700 or email northcharlestonpolice@northcharleston.org.

Thoughts? I should note I'm posting this case only assuming Sigueza is still wanted as of this posting date (2/12/2019) since the above article is from only a month ago and I've seen no updates since. However, admittedly I'm only like 90 percent as opposed to 100 percent sure so if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other it would be much appreciated.
As far as the alleged motive, other articles state there was some sort of overheard argument before Shoaf was shot, allegedly by Sigueza.
