And speaking of good problems to have (a saying you mentioned earlier today in another thread), at least initially, the US Marshals once again have 5 vacancies on their 15 Most Wanted, but it reflects their great productivity this winter.

This guy reminds me a lot of Andre Neverson both had criminal Records both were born in the Caribbean well one was born in Jamacia and one Was born in Trinidad but their crimes both had to do with violence against women and the most ironic thing is they were both undone by driving infractions Neverson was done in By Reckless Driving and Headley was done in By Driving to

I agree it was way too low but perhaps the case wasn't as solid as we thought and this was the best they could do with it. Here's hoping the other charges he is facing will add more time. |

He pretty much admitted to it on 911 call if I recall correctly. I think perhaps they agreed to a plea because of other charges possibly adding time anyway and/or maybe they thought he could argue manslaughter and it wasn't premeditated.
