Memorial page for Elchin Khalilov: gunmemorial.org/2019/01/14/elchin-khalilov
Thoughts? Always sad when a working man is shot and killed by a scumbag who didn't want to make his own money. According to the Gun Memorial page, Elkin was only 29 years old. So it's very tragic to see a man work his way up and maintain a business in the U.S. at a young age only to be killed in a robbery.
