From the fbi.gov website:
Reward:
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading directly to the identification and arrest of this unknown suspect.
Details:
The FBI's Salt Lake City Field Office, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Social Security Administration, and the United States Postal Inspection Service are seeking assistance from the public in identifying an individual believed to be involved in healthcare fraud.
The unknown suspect and a male accomplice are alleged to have stolen the identities of at least 19 medical professionals from across the United States. The suspects have then allegedly used these identities to submit fraudulent claims to Medicare for high-end surgeries. These claims have been paid electronically into more than 30 bank accounts that were opened using false or stolen identities. The unknown suspects allegedly use these accounts to launder the money from one account to another, then obtain the fraudulent funds through ATM withdrawals.
All of the ATM withdrawals have taken place within Broward and Miami-Dade counties in Florida.

Thoughts? I put 2017-2019 as the alleged offense years since according to a local Florida station report, the earliest withdrawal in relation to this case happened in March of 2017: www.local10.com/news/florida/fbi-searching-for-identity-thieves-thought-to-be-in-south-florida
