CISCO, Texas —
Police in Irving have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Cisco man wanted for kidnapping and robbery.
According to police, a woman was sitting in her parked vehicle on Monday morning when Albert Lee Sell, 29, got into her back seat.
Police say he told the woman he needed money and then forced her to drive around the Dallas area.
Sell also threatened to shoot her.
After more than an hour, the victim was told to drive back to Irving and find an ATM.
When they reached the bank, the victim escaped.
Sell then stole the victim's credit cards and took off.
Sell is also wanted in Brown County for evading arrest and Eastland County for aggravated assault.

Thoughts? Very scary case. Based on the Irving Police Department's press release, Sell was still at large at least as of January 25th, 2019.
