At 17-years old, I believe Alvarado-Menchaca is the youngest fugitive we've ever profiled in the Non-AMW Fugitives section. But make no mistake, he's still a danger based on what is alleged, which is why I decided to add him as a breaking news case tonight. A triple shooting in public warrants this attention and we need to find Alvarado-Menchaca before he allegedly harms anyone else or his next victims may not be so lucky.
Also, at the moment, no one knows how Alvarado-Menchaca knew the three victims.

Thankfully he surrendered and allowed Law Enforcement not to spend further resources on capturing him. Since he was 17-years old, it's not that surprising that he surrendered and thankfully he didn't decide to remain on the run like Brian Martin and Shane Magan.
