Thoughts? As of today, January 9, 2019, Mark Espinosa is still at large since he was added to the FBI's Featured Fugitive website today. In fact, here's the first featured fugitive case of 2019!
I want especially thank the FBI for adding Mark to their site today, since being a federal agency, the bureau employees are not getting paid as part of the ongoing US government shutdown. This website really appreciates the commitment to case publicity. We also appreciate the first case not being a non-violent drug trafficker or an international cyber-crime/counter intelligence fugitive.
