On October 29, 1997, Leobaldo Ramirez was awakened to the sound of gunshots coming from one of the houses he owned. Leobaldo went to check on it and found Ernesto Estrada and Guadalupe Osorio-Jaramillo playing with a gun. Leobaldo told the men to stop firing the weapon and that's when authorities in Polk County say that Ernesto and Guadalupe allegedly shot Leobaldo to death as his wife watched.
Both Ernesto and Guadalupe went on the run afterwards. In 2012, Guadalupe was arrested, still in Florida as a result of a traffic stop. Ernesto is still at large.
Based on investigating authorities, it is advised to contact the reporting agency at 863-298-6268 if you have any information on Ernesto Estrada's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, December 21, 2018, the Florida Statewide Warrants Search shows an active murder warrant for Ernesto, and the Polk County Court Records page shows the disposition as "open", meaning he's still at large. Ernesto is case #7 that I've been able to do a thread on as a result of the last name searches in the Florida Statewide Warrants Search database.
Since Guadalupe was apprehended in the same state he was wanted out of 15 years after Leobaldo's murder, either he stayed in Florida for all those years, or he fled to Latin America and returned at some point. It's possible Ernesto may have done the same over the years as well.
