The FBI Richmond Division’s Central Virginia Violent Crimes Task Force requests the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for armed robberies that occurred at a Rite Aid located in Henrico, Virginia, and a Qwik Stop located in Petersburg, Virginia, on December 2, 2018.
On December 2, 2018, an unknown male subject entered the Qwik Stop convenience store located in Petersburg, Virginia. The subject produced an AK-47-style long gun and demanded the victim store manager come to him. The subject demanded money from the register. The subject fled the scene with money belonging to the Qwik Stop. The subject is described as a Black male, approximately 5’10” tall and 200 pounds. Subject was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants with “Air Jordan” logos, tan work boots (pictured above), and a black face mask.
On December 2, 2018, an unknown male subject entered the Rite Aid in Henrico, Virginia. The subject produced a long gun, motioned to a victim clerk to come to him, and demanded a bag filled with money from the cash registers and safe. The subject threatened to kill the victim clerk if the victim clerk did not hurry. The subject fled the scene with money belonging to the Rite Aid. The subject is described as a Black male, approximately 6 feet tall, and average build. Subject was wearing a white faded hooded sweatshirt, black pants, work boots, and a black face mask.
