According to Newspapers.com, on July 17, 1999, Carlotta Moreno was shot and killed while she was holding her 10-month old child. Moments earlier, Carlotta's husband and his brother were shot and wounded in an apartment. Witnesses identified Andres Torres as leaving the scene and a warrant was issued for Andres's arrest by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department at 800-873-8477 if you have any information on Andres Torres's whereabouts.

Thoughts? According to both the Florida Ststewide Warrantd Search and the Hillsborough County Court Record page, Andres Torres still has an active warrant for his arrest. The Newspapers.com articles were only from when the shootings happened, so I didn't see a motive described by police. Nevertheless, three people were shot, one of the victims subcuming to their injuries, while holding an infant in her arms!
As to how I learned about this case, over the past little while, I've been browsing through warrants on the Florida Statewide Warrants Search by last name, looking for potential homicide fugitives to profile. As an unfortunate state of affairs, this is the 14th case I've learned about, yet the only one I found a combination of a photo along with case details.
