From 2009 to 2011, Charles C. Jones allegedly conspired to and carried out armed robberies of victims and jewelry stores in the states of Illinois and Ohio. On July 22, 2016, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, issued an arrest warrant for Jones after charging him with Interference with Commerce by Threat or Violence.

Thoughts? Charles C. Jones was just added to the FBI's featured fugitive list today so he is still at large as of November 30, 2018. Another good addition to close out 2018.
I didn't see any articles on these jewelry store robberies or the 2016 indictment. I'm assuming the investigation took a few years to charge Charles in connection with these cases. If anyone can confirm this it would be appreciated.
