I just noticed that Wikipedia has a global list of fugitives from justice who are still at large. It doesn't have as many cases as the "list of unsolved murders", but it is interesting to see which non FBI Most Wanted Fugitives are on the site. Here's the non-FBI MW Fugitives listing (and quite frankly, there are a ton more cases that should be on there).
- The 1962 Alcatraz prison escapees (Frank Morris, Clarence & John Anglin)
- Sharon Kinne, an American woman convicted of homicide in Mexico and escaped from prison there while awaiting trial for husband's murder in 1969. Featured on Unsolved Mysteries.
- Adam Emery, convicted of murder in Rhode Island in 1993, his car was later found abandoned near a bridge. His wife's body was found in the river below but Adam has never been located.
- David Durham, alleged to have shot and wounded an Oregon police officer in 2011.
