Details of Disappearance
Estey was reported missing by his son on March 30, 2018. His son last communicated with him by text message on October 23, 2017; Estey lived in Merritt Island, Florida at the time. Estey's son stated his father was often out of touch for months at a time, but it's very unusual for him to be gone for this long.
Since Estey's disappearance, his cellular phone has been turned off. The circumstances of his disappearance are unclear.
