This might be a bizarre topic. All of us dream, but most of the time we don't remember them. But of the dreams I do remember, many involve AMW. Does anyone here ever have a story of dreaming about AMW? Here a few of mine I'd mentioned before: -When AMW was cancelled by Lifetime, I had a dream I read the producer's status update that it was just a rumor and they were scheduled to air a 2-hour season debut. Sigmund Freud would probably categorize this as wishful dreaming.  -I once had a dream AMW came back for one night, where a new spin-off show featuring Elizaebth Smart (on MTV of all channels) was to be announced. -I don't know if it's because I've been sick or what but I had the most bizarre dream yet involving AMW last night when Jason Derek Brown was arrested in Talladega, Alabama, home of car races and the setting for Will Ferrell's Talladega Nights movies. The thing is I don't think the dream was even THAT far-fetched. He's into things like cars and such and I could see him enjoying a race there. Has anyone else ever had dreams involving AMW or do I need to lay off the cold medicine? |

I'm sure I've had amw dreams at some point, but I don't remember any. Next time I have one and remember it, I'll post about it here.

Back in July of '009, I dreamt of Walsh 2008 Top Tenner Timoteo Rios getting busted as a Direct Result capture. A few weeks later, he was nabbed in Mexico as an empty capture.
Unfortunately, that's the only moment from an AMW-related dream I can recall off-hand.

My Dream regarding AMW, was to see Jeremy Jones a multiple serial killer frying on the electric chair as well as to see Raymond Abott arrested

Unbelievably, I actually had my first AMW-related dream last night, though it was an indirect connection and not a direct connection.
I was walking in my neighborhood and I noticed a guy behind me going door-to-door and asking people questions that I didn't understand. That's when I remembered that there was an alert for this guy because he was running some type of scam. So I tracked him down to the local library where, for some reason, I decided to try and lure him into a trap (even though they always say to call the police instead of approaching a fugitive; especially since this guy was taller and more muscular than me!)
So I started walking this guy to the front of the library, sweet-talking him the entire way up there. But as we got to the main entrance of the library, he figured out my plan. Now I can't remember if he tried grabbing me or if he fled, but I started screaming "HELP!" at the top of my lungs, which scared him in the opposite direction of me. He was eventually nabbed later in my dream.
Like I said, it's a tenuous AMW connection since the guy wasn't an AMW fugitive, at least that I can recall. Still it's the closest to an AMW dream I've had.

I've mentioned it before, but I thought I would post it here.
A few years ago, I had a dream, and during a part of it, I was browsing through the amw archives site. In my dream, the site could go back to the early 90s with capture reports. Anyways, I was looking through and one capture report was on Teddy Ellis, (to clarify, he's still on the run.). In the report, it stated in 1996, Ellis' skeletal remains were discovered in some wooded area in Nebraska. I always found it interesting if it turned out it was true. Although I went on the doe network and didn't see anyone resembling Ellis.

On the morning of August 7, 2014, I dreamt I was being stalked by a ghost. Not just any ghost, but a deceased man who combined elements of 4 infamous criminals who should be familiar to us AMW fanboys. Then I saw one segment of a special feature by John Walsh about the criminal before I got teleported somewhere else.
Garrett Stone: Physically and emotionally abused the children in his custody, except more of a drunkard. This is the criminal AMW busted as Capture #210 in June 1992.
Tony Alamos: A sectarian cult leader who sexually abused children. Except, instead of him believing his late wife would rise from the dead, his followers believed he would rise from the dead. In circa 2010, AMW profiled his enforcer, John Erwin Kolbek.
Ariel Castro: Sexual captivity of children, dark and labyrinthine house, and the ghost looked most like him. However, all children smaller than the ghost was interested in were put in dangerous situations rather than slain immediately. AMW profiled some missing girls in Ohio who later turned out to be his victims.
John Evander Couey: Condemned to death for the sexual murder of a preteen girl. AMW used him as an example of the early 2005 spike in kidnapping sexual murders of children in America, and kept us updated on his case online until he died of natural causes.
Following this dream, I was horribly disturbed. In fact, as heavy as my eyelids are, I don't want to go back to sleep!

Now I feel guilty like I made us sub-conscious and self-aware of possible dreams. I hope we have some "The Hunt" positive dreams of captures soon. |

A few months back i had a sort of "day dream" (i wasn't totally asleep, but it was like a real dream) where i woke up one morning and Fidel Urbina was standing in my bedroom doorway. Freaked the hell out of me.

Well this somewhat relates as I had what I think might be my first forum dream- where we were responsible for a our first direct capture and not only that it was a triple direct capture. Apparently our forum still wasn't given official credit and I was debating whether to take credit or not. (Sadly I can see the latter happening).

I had a dream last night that William Bradford Bishop's remains were found in the Front yard of a house in Pennsylvania for some reason and as I checked the FBI site they also had Yaser Said listed as Captured.

I had the weirdest dream where John Walsh came out with Donald Trump making a speech in support of him. (i try not to get too political but this was an actual dream lol).
in fairness, Walsh has expressed mixed emotions on Trump in the past. He has agreed with him on us needing better border protection and stated that he considers Trump a friend who has been generous to the NCMEC. But he has also called him "one crazy bastard" and has strongly disagreed on building a wall in interviews as well. (I also take it Walsh is on the complete opposite end of the debate on guns.)
Still a weird frigging dream though lol.
