From Crime Stoppers of Oregon:
The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public’s help to solve a 2015 homicide.
On September 24, 2015, 68-year-old Frank Wilson of Gresham was found dead in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Trillium Lake Sno Park off of Highway 26, East of Government Camp. Wilson was seated inside his white 2003 Ford F150 extended cab pick-up truck, with a “Vietnam Veteran” sticker in the rear window.
Investigators believe that Wilson was killed sometime on September 23. The Oregon State Medical Examiner determined that Wilson died of a gunshot wound to the chest and ruled the death a homicide.
Wilson was a long-time businessman who owned and operated Clackamas Tire and Brake.
Investigators are seeking any information from the public to help solve this case. Anyone who had contact with Wilson between Monday September 21, 2015, and Wednesday September 23, 2015 is encouraged to share that information. Investigators also believe that someone may have inadvertently altered the crime scene prior to police arrival and would like to hear from that person or persons as well.
Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved homicide or other felony crime, and tipsters can remain anonymous.

Thoughts? According to the local news station KOIN, Wilson's death was initially investigated as a possible suicide. His daughter stated he was going through mental issues and had distanced himself from her. However, his death was later determined to be a homicide.
