CLEVELAND, Ohio - The US Marshal's Office has joined the manhunt for accused killer Ronald Newberry.
"He's a violent individual that doesn't deserve to be on the streets," said US Marshal Pete Elliot Thursday. "We are going to take him off of the streets as soon as possible."
Newberry was charged in the October murders of 14-year-old Paris Bradley and her father Paul Bradley.
Investigators said the father and daughter were forced out of their beds inside the family's Bedford home during a robbery.
Police believe Paris was then tortured and eventually shot three times in the head in front of her father.
Investigators believe Paul Bradley, who was bound, was then burned alive inside a car with his daughter's body. Bradley's rental car was found burning in an abandoned lot off Savannah Avenue in East Cleveland.
Police said Newberry's car was seen on surveillance video leaving the area where the car was found.
The 23-year-old suspect's violent history dates back to his teenage years.
5 On Your Side Investigators discovered Newberry was found delinquent for causing serious physical harm when he was 16 years old.
Three years later, Newberry was charged with murder. A detective at the time noted the teen's "history of violence."
Court records show that the murder case was dismissed, but Newberry's troubles continued.
In June 2017 records showed that he pled guilty to carrying a concealed weapon and drug charges. Then twice in the last two years, he was charged with beating the mother of his child. Those charges were dropped when the victim didn't show up for court.
Elliott said that history of violence has made finding Newberry one of his top priorities.
"He's not somebody who's ever stopped," said Elliott. "He's not somebody who will ever stop until he is caught and we put him in jail for the rest of his life."
Elliott believes the 23-year-old is still in the Cleveland area.

A $10,000 reward is being offered in this case.

What I do know is Ronald Newberry is a very dangerous alleged scumbag. Who the f*** tortures and murders a 14-year-old girl they don't even know? This case is unbelievable, outrageous, and Newberry needs to be caught yesterday, let alone today.
