Details of Disappearance
Jocelyn was last seen in Franklin, Tennessee on October 15, 2004. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Sandra Emilia Gutierrez. A felony warrant was issued for her on February 5, 2005.
Photos of Gutierrez is posted with this case summary. Her date of birth is October 9, 1976, making her 28 years old at the time of Jocelyn's abduction. She's described as biracial, of African-American and Hispanic descent, 5'4 and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Gutierrez and Jocelyn may still be in the local area, or they may be in the Tampico, a city in the state of Tamaulipas in northeastern Mexico. The nearest border crossing to Tampico is at Brownsville, Texas. Jocelyn's father has custody of her. The child's case remains unsolved.
