16-year-old Karlie Guse was profiled on this past weekend's missing child segment on A&E's Live PD. Tom Morris interviewed Karlie's birth mother for the segment. According to her birth mother (and additional articles), Karlie lived with her father and stepmother. One night, her stepmother picked her up at 8 pm after she had been out with her boyfriend and a few friends. Karlie admitted to smoking marijuana and was said to be disoriented and acting paranoid. Her stepmother was able to calm her down. However, after her stepmother went to sleep with Karlie next to her, she somehow disappeared sometime between 5:30 am and 7:15 am on the morning of October 13th. There were no signs of forced entry and the door was left slightly ajar. She apparently did not have her cellphone on her when she disappeared and was last seen in a white shirt, grey pants, and Vans shoes.
